Core 3D Viewer is developed by Core 3D Software. We built it to work without accounts, registration, or tracking

What we don't collect

The app has no user accounts, no analytics SDKs, no advertising, and no tracking. Your models and measurements are stored on your device. Files are uploaded only when you use SketchUp conversion or create or update a share link, as described below

Share links

When you create a share link, the model package (the 3D model file, dimensions, scene settings, and a preview image) is uploaded to our server so it can be viewed in a browser by anyone who has the link. Links expire automatically (7 days on the free plan, 30 days on Pro), and you can delete a link at any time in the app — the content is removed from our server immediately. A random device identifier is used solely to enforce link quotas; it is not linked to your identity

SketchUp import

When you open a SketchUp (.skp) file in the app, it is uploaded to our server, converted to a viewable format and returned to your device. This requires an internet connection and supports files up to 50 MB. The uploaded file is deleted from the server right after conversion — we do not keep it

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We never see your payment details
