FAQ
- How do I share a model? Open a model → Share → Create Link. Anyone with the link can view it in a browser — no app needed. Update Model pushes your changes to the same link; Delete Link revokes it instantly
- How long do links live? 7 days on Free, 30 days on Pro. When a link expires, create a new one in the app
- Does opening a model upload it? Most formats open locally on your iPhone. SketchUp (.skp) files are uploaded for conversion and deleted from the server after conversion. Creating or updating a share link also uploads the model package so it can be viewed online. Read our Privacy Policy for details
- Why won't my SketchUp file open? SKP import requires an internet connection and accepts files up to 50 MB. This conversion limit applies to Free and Pro. For a larger file, reduce the model size or export it to another supported format before importing it. Follow the SketchUp import guide
- Do the share-link size limits apply to local viewing? No. The 25 MB and 100 MB limits apply to the package uploaded for a share link. Local viewing has no plan-based file-size cap; very large or complex models can still exceed your iPhone's available memory. The separate 50 MB limit applies to online SKP conversion
- How do I manage my subscription? Settings → Manage Subscription, or the Subscriptions section of your Apple account. Use Restore Purchases after reinstalling
